RECORDS
Without records, our program would be nothing more than pedigree based.  No doubt, some pedigree based programs will have rock solid genetics to back up there claim, but it is the individual performance of the animal being managed within a performance based program which proves their worth!  Therefore, if you can not back up the claims of individual animals and total herd performance with hard data, then the integrity of the program is lost.
